Maintenance and Service Agreements
ComLink offers annual, semi-annual and hourly maintenance and management programs that include software and equipment repair for our telephone systems and peripherals; this also includes monitoring and reporting options. Our maintenance agreements offer peace of mind:
- Emergency Calls of 50% loss of voicemail or 50% loss of incoming or outgoing calls are responded to within 2 hours, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- We respond to “non-emergency,” service calls within 48 hours during normal business hours.
- All emergency calls or email by customers before or after normal business hours, are returned within 2 hours, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Customers will also receive a 5% discount on any future purchases for the duration of the maintenance agreement, such as phones, headsets, and more.
