As part of our commitment to our customers, we will respond to emergency calls within two hours of notification, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will respond to all non-emergency service calls, "on average," within the same day or next day, except for delays due to causes beyond reasonable control.
Maintenance Agreements can be purchased after the original warranty period has expired. Maintenance service covers malfunctions within the customer-owned system that affect normal performance, but not the cost of additions, moves, changes modifications, reprogramming, relocations and/or removals. Parts used in repairs will be new/refurbished or used, as available, and will be delivered expediently once they are received from the manufacturer.
